As a responsible team leader, you should demonstrate the capability to handle multiple projects independently, meeting deadlines without extensive supervision. Mentoring your team to enhance performance and work quality is key, along with ensuring alignment with client expectations while balancing end-user needs with practical design solutions. Effective communication skills, both in public speaking and English writing, are highly valued for this role.
