Job Summary We are looking for a skilled Enterprise Print Support Engineer with hands-on experience in enterprise print management, print server administration, and secure printing solutions. The ideal candidate will provide Level 2 and Level 3 support for global print environments, resolving complex issues, managing print infrastructure, and ensuring compliance and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities Level 2 Support Duties Install, configure, and repair a wide range of network printers, MFDs, Plotters, and Barcode Printers. Manage print servers and deploy secure print queues via Group Policy or enterprise tools. Monitor and manage print traffic using tools like PaperCut, uniFLOW, or Equitrac. Provide Tier 2/3 support for print incidents and service requests. Collaborate with IT, facilities, and vendors for new installs and upgrades. Maintain firmware updates, driver repositories, and device security. Support mobile and remote printing for hybrid users. Administer and troubleshoot enterprise print solutions such as: o PrinterLogic, Equitrac, uniFLOW, Ricoh Streamline, YSoft SafeQ o Canon uniFLOW, HP Web JetAdmin, LRS-VPSX, Euroform JetAdvice Configure and support print services on platforms like Windows, Linux, UNIX, IBM z/OS, SAP, AS400. Manage card readers, IPDS, Bardimm, Fax, and finishing modules using custom UPD drivers. Ensure vulnerability remediation on print applications and servers. Document print architecture, SOPs, and troubleshooting guides. ?Level 3 Support Duties Resolve critical P1/P2 incidents and lead root cause analysis for complex print-related issues. Provide expert guidance to L1 and L2 teams. Lead print hardware certifications and firmware testing for new models. Develop and implement scalable print infrastructure solutions. Prepare and maintain security configuration templates for network-connected printers. Assist in internal/external audits by providing required documentation. Lead technical projects such as system upgrades and solution deployments. Maintain and expand the organizations print knowledge base. Tools & Technologies Print Management: uniFLOW, Equitrac, PaperCut, YSoft SafeQ, Ricoh Streamline, PrinterLogic. Print Monitoring & Admin: HP Web JetAdmin, Euroform JetAdvice, LRS-VPSX. ITSM Tools: ServiceNow or similar platforms. Operating Systems: Windows Server, Linux, UNIX, z/OS, SAP, AS400.

Your Profile What You Bring as Assistant Manager - Print Support (f/m/d): Provide on-press technical support in all aspects to existing customers. Demonstrate an understanding of both technical and commercial aspects of products by successfully validating inks on flexo printing from end to end. Show cost-benefit savings to customers by conducting long-run costing trials of inks, driving savings projects such as Ink GSM reduction, reducing machine downtime for ink-related issues, and solvent savings. Analyze customer requirements and provide technical solutions by working closely with both internal and external stakeholders to address quality-related issues, develop, and validate products as per customer requirements. Offer onsite and remote assistance to address customer concerns and troubleshoot issues. Ensure regular communication with customers to identify potential issues, resolve problems efficiently, and optimize satisfaction. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing the required support in product development, online troubleshooting, and solving quality concerns.
