Company name : Cosmo Group in association with Planet Scribbles Job Title: Print Production Graphic Designer Location: Kandivali West - Charkop Salary : 25,000 to 35,000 Depending on Experience Employment Type: Full Time Experience Level: Mid to Senior Level Job Overview: We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Print Production Graphic Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate should have a solid foundation in graphic design principles, excellent knowledge of print production processes, and hands-on experience with Adobe Illustrator , CorelDRAW , and Adobe Photoshop . You will be responsible for creating final production-ready files, adapting artwork for various formats, and ensuring high-quality output across all print materials. Key Responsibilities: Design and prepare print-ready artwork for various materials (packaging, labels, brochures, apparel prints, etc.) Create and manage production files ensuring accuracy in layout, color, resolution, bleed, and file format. Convert concepts and mockups into technical production files as per printer/vendor specifications. Make revisions, resizing, or localization adjustments to artwork while maintaining brand consistency. Collaborate with designers, marketers, and vendors to ensure the final output matches the design vision . Conduct quality checks on artwork and proofread all designs before submitting for printing. Manage file archiving and version control effectively. Requirements: Proven experience (2+ years preferred) in print design and production . Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator , CorelDRAW , and Adobe Photoshop . Strong understanding of printing techniques , color separations, CMYK/RGB, DPI, bleed, crop marks, etc. Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with tight deadlines. Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset. Knowledge of prepress processes and output requirements for digital and offset printing. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with packaging design, textile prints, or signage (based on your industry). Familiarity with Pantone color matching and color calibration.
