Print Production Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end print production activities and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate multiple direct mail campaigns simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Support project coordination, workflow organization, and training initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to achieve project goals.
• Maintain high-quality standards and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Monitor, report, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Provide operations support, including data entry, mail services, and quality checks.
  

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education:

  Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Print Production, or a related field.

• Experience:

  Minimum of 3 years in print production coordination.

• Technical Skills:

• Adobe Acrobat
• Microsoft Office Suite
• Data entry and workflow management tools

• Core Skills:

• Strong communication and collaboration abilities
• Attention to detail and quality focus
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects
• Self-management and organizational skills
• Knowledge of mail services and operations support

• Certification (Preferred):

  Certified Print Production Professional (CPPP).
