Description and Requirements Lead solution design and technical architecture across core ServiceNow domains including ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HAM/SAM, and SecOps. Collaborate with offering and service delivery teams to ensure solution feasibility, delivery alignment, and reusability. Translate client scenarios into actionable technical blueprints and reusable architecture models. Experience in integration and Service Portal is MUST to have for this role Conduct code reviews, validate configuration approaches, and enforce platform best practices across global delivery teams. Define and maintain technical design standards, security protocols, and performance optimization practices for ServiceNow implementations. Serve as a lead member of the technical governance board, reviewing high-impact changes and architecture decisions. Mentor and train architects, developers, and technical leads to uplift capability and delivery quality. Assesses instance health (performance, manageability, usability, scalability, upgradability, and security) by conducting ServiceNow Health Scan Oversee platform operations like instance cloning and version upgrade. Required Qualification: 8â12 years of ServiceNow experience, including 3+ years in architecture or solution leadership roles Strong hands-on knowledge across ITSM, ITOM, HAM/SAM, and Security Operations (SecOps) Proven ability to lead solution design workshops, build technical blueprints, and translate business needs into scalable architectures Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide), REST/SOAP APIs, and CMDB/data modeling Strong understanding of governance, security practices, and performance optimization within ServiceNow Experience participating in or leading technical governance boards or design authorities Certifications: Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) â Minimum 2 domains Certified Application Developer (CAD) â Required Architect Path Certification (preferred) ITIL v4 Foundation â Preferred CTA (Certified Technical Architect) â Highly desirable but not mandatory Additional Locations : India - KarnÄtaka - Bangalore India - KarnÄtaka - BANGALORE India India - KarnÄtaka * India - KarnÄtaka - Bangalore , * India - KarnÄtaka - BANGALORE NOTICE FOR PUBLIC At Lenovo, we follow strict policies and legal compliance for our recruitment process, which includes role alignment, employment terms discussion, final selection and offer approval, and recording transactions in our internal system.
