We are seeking an experienced (5Years) and dedicated Nursing Principal to lead and manage the nursing department at our college. The Nursing Principal will oversee academic programs, faculty management, curriculum development, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. This role involves fostering an environment of excellence in education, guiding student development, and supporting faculty in delivering high-quality nursing education.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the nursing faculty and staff.
• Develop and implement nursing curricula in line with academic standards.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation requirements.
• Promote student success through effective program administration.
• Collaborate with college administration on strategic initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Master’s or Doctorate in Nursing or related field.
• Proven experience in nursing education and leadership roles.
