Job Description

HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE AND WHAT YOU WILL LEARN

Provide technical leadership to the QA team and drive test architecture.
Manage software delivery and work on improving product and process quality, including test automation.
Have strong knowledge and experience in Network Management software, Optical networking, and software delivery.
Learn and understand new network element features and hardware functionality as they are introduced.
Review product requirements and create detailed test plans.
Develop, execute, and debug automated tests, coordinating with other testers and scheduling test runs.
Conduct feature demonstrations and ensure thorough test coverage.
Desired experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and strong analytical skills.

KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

You have:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 8 to 12 years of experience.
Technical drive with the QA team, reviewing product requirements, and creating detailed test plans.
Experience in software delivery management and driving improvements in product and process quality.
Automation of testing with Optical networking domain experience in software delivery.
Experience in automation test creation, execution, debugging, and coordinating with other testers for scheduling runs.

It would be nice if you also had:

Good knowledge and experience in Network Management software.
Ability to learn and understand network element features and new hardware functionality as it is introduced.
Knowledge and work experience on containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is desired.
