Job Description

Role Overview: As a Solution Architect at NTT DATA, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and optimizing end-to-end solutions to meet the business and IT needs of the organization. Your deep understanding of architecture and design of enterprise systems will enable you to deliver efficient and scalable solutions. You will work with key stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective solutions while providing technical leadership to a team of full stack developers. Additionally, you will lead the customization and development of custom applications, modules, and integrations within the enterprise platform. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective end-to-end solutions. - Architect end-to-end solutions ensuring scalability, reliability, and optimal performance. - Provide technical leadership and guidance to a team of full stack developers. - Lead the design and development of custom applications, modules, and integrations within the enterprise platform. - Identify opportunities for optimization and improvement of existing implementations. - Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for ServiceNow solutions. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Master's degree is a plus. - Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Solutions Architect. - Proven experience in designing and implementing complex ServiceNow solutions. - Proficiency in LogicMonitor platform development, including scripting (JavaScript, Glide), UI customization, and APIs. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues. - Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and lead technical discussions.
