Job Description

As a Solution Architect at NTT DATA, you play a pivotal role in the design, implementation, and optimization of end-to-end solutions to address both business and IT requirements effectively. Your expertise in architecture and enterprise systems is essential in delivering efficient and scalable solutions. Specifically, you are expected to have in-depth knowledge of the LogicMonitor platform, Azure (or any other) Cloud, and ServiceNow/Salesforce ITSM, along with a profound understanding of enterprise architecture and integration patterns. Your responsibilities include collaborating with key stakeholders to comprehend business needs and transform them into impactful solutions. You will architect end-to-end solutions that prioritize scalability, reliability, and performance optimization. Additionally, providing technical leadership to a team of full-stack developers, staying updated on platform updates and emerging technologies, and ensuring customization and development of custom applications are vital aspects of your role. Moreover, your role involves identifying opportunities for optimization and improvement, conducting performance tuning, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and maintaining comprehensive technical documentation for ServiceNow solutions. Your educational background should include a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, with a Master's degree considered a plus. You are expected to have a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Solutions Architect, with proven expertise in designing and implementing complex ServiceNow solutions. Proficiency in LogicMonitor platform development, network device monitoring, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment are key requirements for this role. Furthermore, any cloud platform certifications and other relevant architecture certifications are highly desirable.
