Principal Python Developer

As a Python Developer specializing in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML), you will play a crucial role in our team by designing, deploying, and enhancing intelligent applications and solutions using Python and ML frameworks. Your responsibilities will include developing scalable Python applications with AI/ML capabilities, creating machine learning models for various purposes such as classification, prediction, and NLP, and collaborating closely with data scientists and product teams to integrate ML models into production systems. You will also be tasked with optimizing algorithms for performance, maintaining and improving existing ML pipelines, and ensuring clean, reusable, and well-documented code. To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, alongside 3-5 years of hands-on experience in Python programming. A strong grasp of AI/ML concepts and applications is essential, as well as proficiency in libraries and frameworks like NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, and PyTorch. Experience with data preprocessing, model training, and evaluation, as well as knowledge of REST APIs and deployment tools like Flask or FastAPI, will be beneficial. Familiarity with cloud platforms and ML Ops tools is a plus, and strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills are necessary. Additionally, having experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP), exposure to deep learning and computer vision projects, and knowledge of containerization tools like Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes are considered advantageous.
