We are seeking an experienced and visionary Principal to lead our Pre-University College (PUC) offering JEE/NEET and State Board academic programs. The Principal will be responsible for providing academic leadership, maintaining discipline, managing faculty, overseeing student performance, and driving the institution’s strategic goals.
Provide strong academic and administrative leadership aligned with the institution's mission.
Supervise curriculum planning and implementation for PUC and JEE/NEET streams.
Lead faculty recruitment, training, mentoring, and performance evaluation.
Monitor academic progress of students; implement interventions to improve performance.
Postgraduate degree (preferably in Science, Math, or Education).
B.Ed or equivalent teaching/education qualification preferred.
Minimum , with at least 10 years in a leadership role.
Strong understanding of the JEE/NEET and State Board academic frameworks.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
