Principal Project Lead- ERP SAP Security & Controls

You will be part of the ERP Security Team at Bengaluru Luxor North Tower with the responsibility of delivering day-to-day SAP operations. Your role will involve consulting with the team on ERP security knowledge and skills, focusing on User access management, role administration, and SoX compliance. Your key responsibilities will include managing the team to provision user access in ERP applications, approving designs for new ERP security roles, supporting the SAP security and authorization environment, and leading the project team to deliver solutions and processes. You will also define deployment strategies, engage with the wider business for role build requirements, manage partner/internal resource engagement, and provide detailed process improvement ideas. Additionally, you will be responsible for identifying, reporting, and managing non-compliances with SAP security policy, supporting SOX compliance, responding to compliance-related issues, driving innovation in SAP security and controls, and ensuring all activities in the system are auditable. You will also provide periodic reports to the Head of ERP Security and Controls, develop relationships with stakeholders, support incidents relating to ERP Security, and suggest improvements and automation in current processes. The minimum level of job-related experience required for this role includes extensive SAP Security Expertise (10-13 years), comprehensive SAP Technology Knowledge, expertise in Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC), compliance and audit expertise, project and implementation experience, business process integration skills, problem-solving and optimization abilities, educational background in a related discipline, leadership skills, and relevant certifications. Skills required for this role include Project Management, SAP ERP Operations, SAP Governance Risk and Compliance (SAP GRC), SAP Project Management, and SAP Security.
