Job Summary
Phenom People is a leading HR technology company that is revolutionizing the way companies attract, engage, and retain top talent. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Principal Product Manager to join our team in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.As the Principal Product Manager for our Talent Management product, you will be responsible for driving the strategy, development, and launch of our innovative product that will enhance the Talent Management experience for our clients. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, sales, and marketing to ensure the success of the product.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Talent Management product
- Conduct market research and gather feedback from clients to identify product opportunities and enhancements
- Collaborate with engineering and design teams to define product requirements and ensure timely delivery of high-quality features
- Work closely with sales and marketing teams to develop go-to-market strategies and drive product adoption
- Monitor product performance and analyze data to make data-driven decisions for product improvements
- Stay updated with industry trends and competition to ensure our product remains competitive and innovative
What You've Done
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in product management, preferably in the HR technology industry
- Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products from ideation to launch
- Strong understanding of product development processes and methodologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
- Passion for creating innovative products and enhancing user experience
