Principal Product Manager Data Intelligence

As a Product Manager for the Data Intelligence team in the SabreMosaic program, your role is crucial in evolving the airline IT industry towards modern retailing concepts. You will work on transitioning existing structures to create retail Offers that can be booked as Orders with intelligence and insights powered by data. Your responsibilities include integrating Retail Intelligence products into Offers and Orders, expanding the Experimentation Framework, designing Machine Learning models for optimization and personalization, leveraging Generative AI advancements, and working on Data & Analytics. Your goal is to prepare airlines for the O/O world, help them leverage SabreMosaic's potential, and make better business decisions based on data-driven insights and predictions. **Key Responsibilities:** - Drive product vision and strategy to deliver value to customers. - Become the subject-matter expert on Data Intelligence and embrace O/O paradigms. - Collaborate with Architecture and Product partners to define business requirements and success metrics. - Research customer segments, pain points, new feature requirements, and opportunities for product enhancement. - Translate product roadmap into manageable product backlog for development. - Lead capability kick-off and refinement sessions with development teams. - Write User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, and test cases based on business requirements. - Demo delivered outcomes to stakeholders and customers. - Support marketing and enable operations for product support. - Educate sales on product value message and gather feedback. **Preferred Qualifications:** - Bachelors degree or equivalent. - Prior experience as Product Manager, TPM, Business Analyst, or Product Owner. - Knowledge of Cloud and Data domains. - Curiosity and drive for researching problem space. - Excellent English written and communication skills. - Strong technical aptitude to understand solutions and collaborate with technology partners. - Expertise in agile development and lean product marketing principles. - Comfortable with uncertainty, brave decision-maker, willing to learn from failures, and accountable for outcomes.
