Principal Product Manager Data Intelligence

Role Overview: Sabre, a technology company powering the global travel industry, is seeking an experienced Product Manager to join the Data Intelligence team for the SabreMosaic program. As a Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in evolving the airline IT industry towards modern retailing concepts by transitioning to retail Offers that can be booked as Orders with intelligence and insights powered by data. Your responsibilities will include integrating Retail Intelligence products, expanding the Experimentation Framework, designing Machine Learning models, leveraging Generative AI advancements, and working on Data & Analytics to prepare airlines for the O/O world and enable them to make better business decisions based on insights and predictions. Key Responsibilities: - Drive product vision and strategy to deliver value to customers. - Become the subject-matter expert on Data Intelligence and embrace O/O paradigms. - Collaborate with Architecture and Product partners on defining business requirements and success metrics. - Research customer segments, pain points, and new feature requirements. - Translate product roadmap into manageable product backlog for development. - Lead capability kick-off and refinement sessions with development teams. - Write User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, and test cases based on business requirements. - Demo delivered outcomes to stakeholders and customers. - Support marketing with go-to-market materials and enable operations. - Educate sales on product value message and solicit feedback. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent. - Prior experience as Product Manager, TPM, Business Analyst, or Product Owner. - Knowledge of Cloud and Data domains. - Curiosity and drive for researching problem space. - Excellent English written and communication skills. - Strong technical aptitude to understand proposed solutions and collaborate with technology partners. - Expertise with agile development and lean product marketing principles. - Comfortable with uncertainty, willing to make decisions, learn from failures, and be accountable for outcomes.,
