The Role: Principal- Product Designer As a Principal Product Designer , you'll lead design excellence by taking full ownership of critical fintech experiences—without people management responsibilities. You’ll shape the product’s design trajectory through deep hands-on work, building intuitive and elegant solutions that delight our users. Design is a cornerstone of our development process, and in this role, you’ll ensure it stays front-and-center. What You’ll Own Take charge of end-to-end UX/UI design for core fintech products—owning discovery, ideation, and delivery. Lead the development and refinement of a cohesive, scalable design system for cross-platform consistency. Translate user needs, research insights, and business objectives into pixel-perfect design solutions. Collaborate closely with cross-functional partners—product, engineering, marketing, and compliance. Continuously validate design impact using KPIs, analytics, and user feedback; iterate to elevate performance. Advocate design thinking throughout the product lifecycle, influencing stakeholders with strong design rationale. Who You Are 9+ years of product design experience, ideally in consumer tech or fintech. A polished portfolio showcasing conceptual leadership and hands-on execution on complex digital products. Expert-level proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD, including managing design systems. Deep understanding of user-centered design methodologies, accessibility standards, and fintech compliance. Excellent communication skills—you can articulate design decisions and collaborate thoughtfully across teams. Self-directed, adaptable, and energized by solving complex problems in fast-paced environments. Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or related disciplines preferred.
