What You ll Do: Lead Research Strategy - Drive user research, define key insights, and shape product development. Mentor Grow the Team - Build and nurture a high-caliber design team while fostering a culture of learning and excellence. Define Execute Vision - Partner with PMs and Engineers to craft seamless user experiences for our global user base. Champion the User - Develop scalable design systems that enhance usability and delight customers. Deliver Impact - Own the end-to-end design process, from wireframes to high-fidelity designs across web and mobile platforms. Scale the Culture - Establish best practices, document design processes, and stay ahead of industry trends. What You Bring: 5+ years of UX/Product Design experience (web mobile), with 2+ years in team leadership. A strong portfolio showcasing user-centric design, iterative improvements, and impact. Experience designing self-serve SaaS products that users love. Exceptional collaboration skills able to work cross-functionally with teams like Customer Success, Marketing, and Engineering. Strong communication can articulate design decisions and rationale clearly. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with evolving priorities.
