Experience in providing production support and troubleshooting complex Oracle HCM issues. Familiarity with ITIL practices, including incident, change, and problem management. Solid understanding of business processes related to human resources, payroll, and talent management. Experience with system configurations, setup, and maintenance in Oracle EBS HCM. Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact with both technical teams and business stakeholders. Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Experience with SQL, PL/SQL, or similar querying/reporting tools is a plus.
