Principal Fullstack Developer (MERN)

As a Principal FullStack Developer (MERN) at our company, you will be responsible for leading full-stack development projects utilizing the MERN stack. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the design, development, and deployment of full-stack web applications using the MERN stack. - Develop and maintain both frontend and backend components of web applications. - Design and manage databases to ensure data integrity and performance. - Optimize applications for speed, performance, and scalability. - Maintain high standards of code quality through code reviews and best practices. - Mentor and guide junior developers, providing technical leadership and support. - Work closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions. - Identify and resolve issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks. - Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies for continuous improvement of our offerings. Qualifications Required: - Education: Bachelors or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - Experience: 4+ years of experience in full-stack development with a strong portfolio using the MERN stack. Skills Required: - Proficiency in JavaScript and the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js). - Strong understanding of frontend and backend development principles. - Experience with RESTful APIs and web services. - Familiarity with version control systems, preferably Git. - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment. Preferred Skills: - Experience with performance optimization, security best practices, and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).
