Principal Engineer Mechanical Engineering

As a Mechanical Engineering Department Head in our organization, your role will involve overseeing design activities for both Static & Rotating equipment. Your responsibilities will include equipment specification, Cost Estimation, Design & equipment Layout, Updating design procedures, and Identification of training needs. You should be familiar with industry norms, International Codes, and Standards related to Refinery / Petrochemical Plant. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the entire Mechanical Engineering Department - Oversee design activities for both Static & Rotating equipment - Define equipment specification and Cost Estimation - Develop equipment Layout and update design procedures - Identify training needs for the team - Ensure compliance with industry norms, International Codes, and Standards Qualifications Required: - Degree in Mechanical Engineering (BE / B Tech) from a reputed University - 15 to 20 years of experience with at least 8 years in Consultancy / Design Engineering / EPC Organization related to Refinery / Petrochemical Plant - Organizational ability to build team morale and motivation - Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing resources effectively - Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines If you are the right candidate for this position, you can expect a remuneration package that is best in the industry.
