Principal Engineer- Front End

Role Overview: Yubi, formerly known as CredAvenue, is a pioneering company re-defining global debt markets by enabling the flow of finance among borrowers, lenders, and investors. As a Principal Front-End Engineer at Yubi, you will play a crucial role in providing technical leadership to multiple Front-End engineers. Your responsibilities will include designing UI frameworks and components, overseeing the design and code reviews, and maintaining a high-quality standard for the Yubi Wealth platform, ensuring user-friendly, visually appealing, and efficient products. Key Responsibilities: - Demonstrated track record of successfully building products and leading technical teams for a minimum of 4 years - Effectively manage and lead multiple high-performance engineering teams, establish and enforce processes - Engage in code and design reviews, establish software design best practices, and mentor junior engineers to foster innovation - Lead the design and development of software components and systems within the Yubi Wealth platform - Evaluate and recommend tools, technologies, and processes, driving their adoption to ensure the delivery of high-quality products - Participate in technical hiring activities to attract top talent for the Yubi group Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science with at least 10 years of proven experience - Proficiency in building responsive and performant Front-End applications utilized by a large user base - Proven experience in leading technical teams and hands-on architectural or distributed systems experience for a minimum of 2 years - Successful track record of delivering significant projects to production with tangible business impacts - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of presenting complex technical information clearly to diverse audiences - Possess an entrepreneurial mindset along with strong programming, product management, and process management skills Tech Stack: - React, React Native, Next.js, Redux, ES6, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, React Testing Library (Jest) or equivalent, jQuery - Knowledge of Python and Java would be an added advantage,
