Job Description

We are seeking a hands-on leader to play a crucial role in shaping the future of AI/ML and SaaS platforms at scale. This position involves a combination of architecture, coding, and mentorship, providing an exciting opportunity to drive enterprise AI adoption. As part of your responsibilities, you will be expected to build and scale AI/ML solutions such as LLMs, RAG, and automation. You will remain hands-on by participating in coding and design reviews, as well as mentoring teams and promoting best engineering practices. Collaboration with product and business teams to deliver high-impact use cases will also be a key aspect of this role. The ideal candidate should possess over 15 years of experience in software engineering, with a strong background in coding and architecture. A track record of innovation in enterprise AI and SaaS platforms is essential. Additionally, experience with GenAI tools like LangChain and Hugging Face, ML frameworks such as PyTorch and TensorFlow, and MLOps tools like MLflow, SageMaker, and Kubernetes will be highly beneficial.
