Principal Engineer, CRM Salesforce

In this role, you will be expected to bring your extensive experience of 13+ years to the table, particularly in Salesforce Sales Cloud and Health Cloud. Your proficiency in Apex programming, LWC, Aura, SLDS, JavaScript, REST API integration, OAuth 2.0, and SOAP-based services will be crucial in contributing to our projects. Additionally, your knowledge of the Salesforce development lifecycle, Einstein AI, and experience in Java, XML, or other CRM development technologies will be highly valued. Responsibilities in this position will include understanding clients" business use cases and technical requirements to design elegant solutions. You will be responsible for mapping decisions to requirements, identifying the best solutions, defining guidelines for NFR considerations, and reviewing architecture and design documents. Your role will also involve developing overall solutions for functional and non-functional requirements, integrating technologies effectively, and conducting POCs to ensure the proposed designs meet project requirements. To thrive in this role, you must possess excellent communication and collaboration skills to engage with global teams effectively. Your ability to translate technical requirements into design solutions and provide insightful recommendations will be key to your success.
