Job Description

As an Infoscion, you will play a crucial role in leading consulting engagements to deliver high-quality solutions to customers across different stages of the project lifecycle. From problem identification to solution design, development, and deployment, you will be at the forefront of providing valuable consulting services. Your responsibilities will include reviewing proposals, offering guidance to consultants, and analyzing solutions to identify potential risks and issues in client business problems. You will also be tasked with identifying change management requirements and devising structured approaches to manage change effectively using various communication methods. In addition to your consulting duties, you will be expected to coach and motivate team members, provide subject matter training in your areas of expertise, and foster a culture of high performance through timely feedback and recognition. Your contribution to unit-level and organizational initiatives will be vital in delivering top-notch consulting solutions to customers while adhering to organizational guidelines and processes. To excel in this role, you should possess good knowledge of software configuration management systems, strong business acumen, and cross-industry thought leadership. You must stay abreast of the latest technologies and industry trends, demonstrate logical thinking and problem-solving skills, and have the ability to collaborate effectively with team members. Furthermore, a solid understanding of industry domains, financial processes related to projects, pricing models, client interfacing skills, knowledge of SDLC and agile methodologies, as well as project and team management capabilities will be essential for success in this position.
