Principal Consultant- Java PLSQL

Role Overview: You will be working as a Sr Application Support Engineer for Infrastructure & Application Support, with a focus on Java, AppDynamics, monitoring, and PLSQL. Your role will involve managing SLAs, monitoring critical production issues, and utilizing tools like ServiceNow Portal and organizational change procedures. Key Responsibilities: - Develop expertise in Java, process automation, application health monitoring tools, and DevOps practices. - Lead troubleshooting efforts during production to ensure smooth operations. - Coordinate stability efforts with Development and the program team to achieve expected application performance levels. - Promote reuse of existing products/functionality and collaborate with team members to elevate technology and adhere to standard processes. - Work closely with the team to share responsibility for overall project commitments. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in computer science engineering or a related field, or equivalent work experience. - Experience in SLA management, monitoring, escalation, and resolution of critical issues. - Exposure to ServiceNow Portal and organizational change procedures. - Career Level - IC3.
