Principal Consultant, Hybrid Design

You are an experienced professional with over 13 years of total experience, specializing in UX/UI design with a track record of leadership roles. You possess a strong human-centered and data-driven design mindset, along with excellent problem-solving skills. Proficiency in tools such as Figma, FigJam, Miro, Adobe Creative Cloud, etc., is one of your key strengths. You are adept at working independently and driving design initiatives proactively in a hybrid setup. Your prior experience in client-facing roles and involvement in pre-sales activities adds value to your profile. Your comfort with various design research methods, usability testing, and user journey mapping showcases your expertise in the field. Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills enable you to effectively convey design solutions. You have a proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally in fast-paced, agile environments. Experience with design systems, accessibility standards, and design operations further enhances your capabilities. Your communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams are commendable. In this role, your responsibilities will include understanding clients" business use cases and technical requirements to create technical designs that elegantly meet the specifications. You will be mapping decisions with requirements and translating them for developers. Identifying various solutions and selecting the best option that meets clients" needs will be a key part of your role. Defining guidelines and benchmarks for non-functional requirements during project implementation is crucial. You will also be responsible for writing and reviewing design documents that explain the overall architecture, framework, and high-level design of applications for developers. Reviewing architecture and design aspects such as extensibility, scalability, security, design patterns, user experience, and non-functional requirements is an essential part of your role. You will ensure that all relevant best practices are followed. Developing and designing the overall solution for defined functional and non-functional requirements, as well as defining technologies, patterns, and frameworks to materialize it, is within your scope. Understanding and applying technology integration scenarios in projects, resolving issues raised during code/review through systematic analysis of the root cause, and conducting POCs to validate suggested designs/technologies are also part of your responsibilities.
