Principal Analyst, SaaS Delivery - ORC and Core HCM

You are a Principal Support Consultant specializing in Oracle Fusion Recruiting Cloud and Core HCM. Your responsibility is to provide expert-level support to clients, resolving technical issues, and optimizing their usage of Oracle solutions. Your role involves offering proactive advice, configuring modules, leading training sessions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction and system optimization. - Provide expert-level support for Oracle Fusion Recruiting Cloud and Core HCM modules. - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, incidents, and service requests. - Offer proactive advice on best practices for system configurations and customizations. - Configure modules as per client specifications and ensure optimal setup of workflows and user interfaces. - Lead training sessions for clients to enhance their understanding of system capabilities. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex client challenges and improve service quality. - Stay informed about Oracle Fusion cloud applications updates and proactively identify areas for process improvement. Qualification Required: - Minimum of 7 years of experience working with Oracle Fusion Cloud, focusing on Recruiting Cloud and Core HCM modules. - Proven experience in providing support for Oracle Fusion HCM applications in a consulting or customer-facing role. - Extensive knowledge of Oracle Fusion Recruiting Cloud and Core HCM functionality, configuration, and customization. - Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and integrations with third-party systems. - Ability to analyze complex technical issues and propose practical solutions. - Oracle Cloud certification in Core HCM and Recruiting Cloud (Preferred). - Experience in project management or leading teams on Oracle Fusion implementation projects (Preferred). - Familiarity with Oracle BI tools and reporting (Preferred). - Knowledge in SQL (Preferred).
