As a Principal AI Scientist at Pristine, you will play a pivotal role in architecting next-generation recommendation engines by leveraging Behavioral Science and AI. You will have the opportunity to design and implement sophisticated self-learning models while working in a high-speed, small team environment alongside Retail Business Experts, AI Scientists, Behavioral & Cognitive Scientists, CX Designers, and Solution Engineers. Your exceptional abstract thinking and conceptual abilities will be put to the test as you collaborate with a diverse team and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences. As a Principal AI Scientist, you will be instrumental in advancing solutions and strengthening leadership within the organization. Your role will involve guiding the AI/Behavioral Science team, overseeing prescriptive modeling life cycles, and partnering with various stakeholders to address business challenges and deliver effective solutions rapidly. To excel in this role, you should have a solid foundation in AI, Mathematics, Statistics, or Computer Science, backed by proven implementation experience. Expertise in Deep Learning would be advantageous as you contribute to implementing a variety of AI techniques and designing, training, and evaluating highly sophisticated models. Your technical expertise should encompass supervised and unsupervised Machine Learning algorithms, Deep Learning techniques, NLP, statistical techniques, and AI search algorithms, among others.
