We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telecaller to join our team. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for contacting potential and existing customers over the phone to promote products/services, generate leads, and provide information. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain products/services. Handle inbound customer queries and provide appropriate solutions. Maintain a database of customer information and update CRM regularly. Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into sales or appointments. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets set by the team lead or management. Maintain a professional and courteous approach on all calls. Understand customer needs and handle objections effectively. Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns when needed.
