Role Overview:We are looking for a smart, highly organised, and proactive Personal Assistant to support the Director/Founder in day-to-day operations. The role requires a versatile individual capable of managing both administrative and business-related tasks across our brand and export divisions. Key Responsibilities: Administrative Support Manage daily schedules, calendars, meetings, and appointments. Organize travel arrangements, bookings, and itineraries. Maintain organised digital and physical filing systems. Business Coordination Assist in follow-ups with suppliers, and internal teams (design, production, accounts). Help manage emails, messages, and official correspondence. Coordinate across departments for timely task execution and reporting. Brand & Export Tasks Assist in order tracking, sample dispatches, and export documentation follow-ups. Keep track of production timelines, delivery deadlines, and inventory status. Support in content review, social media coordination, and event planning for the brand side. Miscellaneous: Take notes during meetings and maintain actionable task lists. Handle sensitive information with confidentiality. Be available for flexible timings if required during urgent business needs. Requirements: Prior experience in a similar role is preferred (fashion or export background is a plus), But freshers with strong communication and organisational skills are also welcome and appreciated. Strong command over English and Hindi (written and verbal). Excellent organisational and time management skills. Tech-savvy – familiar with Excel, Google Workspace, and WhatsApp Business tools. Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills. Must be trustworthy, reliable, and detail-oriented. Compensation:As per industry standards and experience.
