Job Description Position:- Sales engineer - PSG Required Qualification: BE/ B.Tech. in Electrical or Electronics Experience- 3-5 yrs Location:- Pune / Delhi We are looking to hire candidates for Manager Business Development for Power Marketing and sales of pre-packaged software, electronic hardware and allied services to clients in electric power sector. This position will be responsible for doing product promotion, sales and maintaining customer relations. Required Skills: Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering 2-3 years of experience in sales of pre-packaged products/services in the electrical power sector Proficiency in explaining utility of product/services portfolio to electrical power utilities, consultants and industrial establishments. Attainment of sales target year after year, very self-motivated and results-oriented, able to meet specific quota goals and performance deliverables each quarter; ¢ Ability to communicate effectively across varied areas including technology, business units and senior leadership ¢ Proficient in Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint. ¢ Knowledge of any software simulator for electric network studies will be an added advantage Soft Skills: ¢ Excellent verbal and written communication skills ¢ Excellence in teamwork. ¢ Possess conceptual, analytical and presentation skills. ¢ Creative, dynamic & confident. ¢ Should be an initiator ¢ Able to work under pressure. ¢ Should be able to work under different cultures. ¢ Willingness to travel. ¢ Good convincing skills are required Travel ¢ Expected Travel 50-70%
