Job Description: Admission Counselor Position Overview: As an Academic sales counselor , you'll be vital in supporting candidates for our prestigious online UG & PG programs. Your duties include engaging with potential students, navigating them through admissions, and facilitating a smooth transition from inquiry to enrollment. We're looking for someone with exceptional communication skills, a love for education, and a dedicated commitment to student success. Key Responsibilities: Student Engagement and Outreach: · Reach out to potential students through calls, emails, and face-to-face meetings. · Give clear details about our programs, how to apply and campus activities to interested students and their families. Checking Applications: · Look over admission forms and supporting documents to see if applicants are suitable for the program. · Use good judgment and follow set rules when deciding who gets in. Help applicants for the enrollment Managing Data and Reporting: · Keep accurate records of who applies, chats we have, and who gets in for various programs. · Assist the creative team in making ads, campaigns, and other stuff to attract more admissions.
