We are looking for a proactive and innovative NPD Engineer to lead the design and development of new engineering products. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in product development cycles, from ideation and prototyping to testing and production iteams. Key Responsibilities: Lead cross-functional teams in the development of new products. Design mechanical/electromechanical components and assemblies using CAD tools (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD). Develop prototypes and conduct functional/performance testing. Coordinate with Production Team and suppliers to ensure DFM (Design for Manufacturability). Create and maintain design documentation (BOMs, drawings, specifications). Ensure new products meet relevant industry standards and customer requirements. Use engineering analysis tools (FEA, CFD, etc.) for design validation. Continuously improve existing products based on customer feedback and performance data. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering. 3+ years of experience in product development or R&D. Strong skills in 3D CAD (e.g., SolidWorks, Creo, CATIA). Knowledge of prototyping techniques (Trob Machin, CNC, etc.). Familiarity with testing and validation protocols. Strong project management and documentation skills.
