We are looking for a polite, presentable, and well-spoken Front Office Receptionist to be the face of our organization. You will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, managing front-desk activities and supporting basic administrative operations. Key Responsibilities: Greet and welcome visitors with a warm and professional attitude Answer incoming calls, redirect them appropriately, and manage WhatsApp inquiries Maintain a clean and organized front office and reception area Schedule and confirm client appointments Assist with basic administrative tasks like data entry, printing, and filing Coordinate with counselors and management for client walk-ins Handle courier, incoming mail, and deliveries Maintain visitor logs and follow office security protocols Requirements: Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu Presentable appearance and professional etiquette Proficient in Microsoft Office and WhatsApp Business Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Paid sick time Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Commission pay Work Location: In person
