Roles And Responsibilities The Project Manager will be responsible for: Aligning individual asset performance with timelines, budgets and quality standards agreed with the leadership team. Reporting project budgets, management MIS, schedules, and resources effectively, proactively outlining areas of concern, risks assessment and suggesting mitigating measures to minimize delays and cost overruns. Implementing industry leading project management practices and ensuring internal as well as external teams meet the skill and reporting requirements necessary for project success. Collaborating with PMAG Team & Central Project Assurance Group (CPAG) to ensure alignment with Group-level project objectives and outcomes. Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders and clients, performance-managing consultant partners and other external stakeholders where necessary. Implementing comprehensive risk management strategies to identify, assess, mitigate, and monitor project risks throughout the project lifecycle. Preparation of reports, tracker and other necessary management reports and presentations as part of project management and project monitoring exercise. Non-Negotiable Skills Working on Project management role in large Developers, Project Management and Construction companies with large projects in excess of 1-2 mn. sft in current/previous organizations. Proficiency in project scheduling, budgeting software (e.g., Primavera, Procore, Microsoft Project) and in MS Office and project management tools. Bachelor of Civil Engineering /Architecture (B.E/B.
