Aarth Universal School is seeking a passionate and dedicated Homeroom Teacher for our Primary Years Programme (PYP) . The ideal candidate should be enthusiastic about inquiry-based learning, committed to student development, and aligned with the philosophy of the International Baccalaureate (IB). Key Responsibilities: Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment. Facilitate transdisciplinary learning through inquiry-based instruction. Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons that cater to diverse learning needs. Maintain ongoing documentation, portfolios, and assessments aligned with IB PYP requirements. Collaborate with other educators to support interdisciplinary learning and school-wide initiatives. Communicate effectively with parents, colleagues, and the leadership team. Promote the schools core values and Learner Profile attributes in daily teaching. Requirements: Bachelors Degree in Education (B.Ed) or equivalent. IB PYP training/certification is preferred (or willingness to undergo training). Minimum 2 years of teaching experience, preferably in an IB/International curriculum. Excellent communication, classroom management, and interpersonal skills. Ability to integrate technology meaningfully into learning.
