Primary Teacher - Mathematics

As a Primary Teacher - Mathematics (PRT - Maths) at Crimson World School, Agra, your primary role will involve effectively teaching Mathematics to students of Classes IV, strengthening their foundational concepts, and ensuring an engaging and enjoyable learning experience. Key Responsibilities: - Teach Mathematics to students of Classes IV following the CBSE curriculum and school guidelines. - Design lesson plans, teaching aids, and innovative activities to simplify mathematical concepts for better understanding. - Foster logical thinking, problem-solving skills, and encourage application-based learning among students. - Conduct assessments, evaluate student performance, and provide constructive feedback for their improvement. - Provide remedial support and individual attention to students whenever necessary. - Utilize technology, visual aids, and activity-based methods to enhance the teaching-learning process. - Create a positive, disciplined, and engaging classroom environment to facilitate effective learning. - Communicate effectively with parents during Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTMs) and share updates on student progress. - Actively participate in school activities, academic planning, and co-curricular programs to contribute to the overall development of students. Qualification Required: - Graduate in Mathematics or a related discipline with B.Ed. / D.El.Ed. (mandatory). Experience: - 1 to 5 years of teaching experience in CBSE/Primary schools. Skills: - Strong subject knowledge and the ability to teach Mathematics in an engaging and simplified manner. - Good understanding of child pedagogy and age-appropriate teaching strategies. - Fluency in English with strong communication and classroom management skills. - Proficiency in using digital tools, smart boards, and interactive teaching resources. - Passion for working with children and fostering curiosity in young learners.
