Job Description

Responsibilities

Teach Kannada language for Grades 1 & 2 as per ICSE curriculum & school guidelines.
Prepare simple, engaging lesson plans suitable for young learners.
Conduct oral/written assessments and maintain student progress records.
Create a positive, disciplined, and supportive classroom environment.
Participate in school events, cultural programs, meetings and training sessions.

Qualifications

Graduate with B.Ed. / D.El.Ed or equivalent (Kannada specialization preferred).
3–5 years of teaching experience in primary grades (ICSE experience desirable).
Good communication skills and a child-centric teaching approach.

Skills Required

Strong command of the Kannada language (spoken & written).
Patience, empathy and effective classroom-management skills.
Creative teaching methods and ability to engage young learners.
Basic computer knowledge.
