Primary HOD Hindi

Position: Head of Department (HOD) – Primary Hindi
Location: EuroSchool, Whitefield
Grades: 1 to 5

Job Description:
We are looking for a highly qualified and experienced Hindi HOD to lead the Primary Hindi Department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing, and overseeing the Hindi curriculum, mentoring teachers, and ensuring high-quality teaching standards across grades 1 to 5.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective Hindi curriculum for primary grades.
• Mentor and guide Hindi teachers to enhance teaching quality.
• Conduct classroom observations and provide constructive feedback.
• Coordinate with academic heads to ensure alignment with school goals.
• Organize Hindi-related activities, competitions, and events.
• Evaluate students’ progress and recommend improvements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Hindi or a related field.
• B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification.
• Minimum 5 years of teaching experience, with 2+ years in a leadership role preferred.
• Strong command over Hindi and effective communication skills in English.
• Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
