Job Description

Role & responsibilities Deliver engaging and effective Hindi lessons to primary school students, ensuring that all students actively participate and make progress in their language skills. Create a positive, interactive, and inclusive classroom environment where students feel motivated to learn and express themselves confidently in Hindi. Monitor and assess students progress in listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills, providing constructive feedback to support individual student growth. Identify and support students who may need additional help in improving their Hindi proficiency and work closely with parents and colleagues to address their needs. Introduce students to Indian culture through literature, festivals, songs, and stories, thereby enhancing their understanding and appreciation of the language. Maintain a well-organized and disciplined classroom environment conducive to learning. Work closely with other teachers and staff to ensure a holistic educational experience for students and to integrate language learning across subjects when possible. Regularly update parents on student progress, areas for improvement, and overall development in the Hindi language. Participate in ongoing professional development to stay up-to-date with the latest educational practices and Hindi language teaching methodologies. Qualifications: A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Hindi, Education, or a related field. Previous teaching experience preferred, Freshers are welcome as well. Strong verbal and written communication skills in Hindi. Passion for teaching and working with children. Ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate diverse student needs. Patience, creativity, and enthusiasm in the classroom. Desired Skills: Knowledge of innovative teaching tools and methods for language instruction. Ability to motivate and inspire students to develop a love for the Hindi language. Strong interpersonal and organizational skills. Fluency in English for communication with parents and school staff.
