Salary Range: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 per month

Job Summary:

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Primary English Teacher to join our academic team in Bhubaneswar, Odisha. The ideal candidate should have a strong command of the English language, a love for teaching young learners, and the ability to create a positive and engaging classroom environment. She will be responsible for planning and delivering effective English lessons that build strong foundational language skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver age-appropriate English lessons for primary school students
• Foster a love for reading, writing, and speaking in English through interactive activities
• Develop lesson plans, learning materials, and assessments aligned with curriculum standards
• Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation
• Monitor and evaluate student progress and provide feedback for improvement
• Maintain discipline and ensure classroom decorum
• Communicate regularly with parents regarding student performance and development
• Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and school events
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to enhance overall academic outcomes

Requirements:

• Master’s Degree in English (MA)
• 1 to 2 years of teaching experience, preferably at the primary level
• Excellent command of spoken and written English
• Strong classroom management and lesson planning skills
• Passionate about child-centric learning and holistic development
• Female candidates preferred
