Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and deliver lesson plans for English language aligned with CBSE curriculum standards
Teach reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills to primary students (Classes I-V)
Incorporate diverse teaching methods to cater to different learning styles
Conduct regular assessments of student performance
Maintain accurate records of student progress and achievement
Evaluate homework, assignments, and class work systematically
Create a supportive, stimulating, and positive classroom environment
Foster inclusive learning that encourages student participation
Communicate effectively with parents/guardians about student progress
Provide extra academic support to students who need additional help
Maintain discipline and ensure student safety
Prior work experience in any CBSE school is preferred

Preferred Qualification & skills:

B.Ed. / Master's degree in English
Classroom management & Creative in teaching methods
Patience and empathy towards young learners
Understanding of child psychology and development
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and educational technology
Good communication and interpersonal skill
