Qualification: M.A. (English preferred) with B.Ed.
Experience: Teaching experience at Primary level preferred

Responsibilities:

• Academic planning and supervision for Primary classes
• Coordinating curriculum implementation as per school guidelines
• Mentoring and guiding Primary teachers
• Monitoring classroom practices and maintaining academic standards
• Teaching English as a subject (preferred)
• Parent coordination, including regular interaction, PTMs, and grievance redressal
• Monitoring fee collection, follow-ups with parents, and coordination with office/accounts staff
• Maintaining student records related to attendance, academics, and fees
• Ensuring timely communication of school circulars and notices to parents
• Supporting assessments, evaluations, and report preparation
• Organizing co-curricular, cultural, and value-based activities
• Maintaining discipline and a safe, child-friendly school environment
• Assisting the Principal/Vice-Principal in day-to-day Primary section administration

Preferred Profile:

• Female candidate preferred
• Strong command over English language
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Leadership qualities with a cooperative and solution-oriented approach
• Familiarity with CBSE / English-medium school systems

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
