Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Duty Manager at Pride Ananya Resort, located in Puri. The Duty Manager will be responsible for supervising daily resort operations, managing staff, ensuring guest satisfaction, resolving any issues that may arise, and maintaining high standards of service and hospitality. Additional duties include coordinating with various departments, overseeing property maintenance, and ensuring compliance with safety and hygiene regulations. Qualifications Experience in customer service, guest relations, and front desk operations Strong leadership and team management abilities Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills Understanding of hospitality industry software and property management systems Ability to work under pressure and handle unexpected situations effectively Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred Experience in the hospitality or luxury resort industry is advantageous
