As a Pricing Specialist, you will play a key role in developing and executing pricing strategies that maximize sales and profitability. You ll design pricing mechanisms, lead negotiations, and ensure competitive positioning while aligning with business group guidelines and customer account strategies. With a focus on optimization and commercial execution, youll help drive long-term success. You Have : A graduate with 8+ years of experience in pricing models, revenue optimization, and financial modeling, ensuring competitive and profitable pricing strategies. Skilled in developing business cases, securing internal approvals, and managing RFPs, including competitive benchmarking and negotiation tactics. Works closely with sales, finance, and product teams to align pricing strategies with business goals and market demands. Assesses pricing feasibility, analyzes market trends, and provides insights into competitive pricing models for strategic decision-making. Strong presentation and communication skills to influence senior leadership and stakeholders. It would be nice if you also had: Familiarity with financial forecasting and profitability analysis to maximize lifetime value. Exposure to global pricing strategies and regional pricing variations for diverse markets. Responsible for applying defined commercial and pricing models to new offers. Develops internal business cases to secure approval for new offers. Provides best-in-class tactical pricing support to customers and sales teams for all deals. Supports the creation and deployment of value pricing arguments and training materials for developed commercial models. Validates commercial strategy for key cases, including pricing of strategic cases within defined geography. Recommends further development of disruptive pricing models in line with defined commercial strategy. Provides feedback on pricing model feasibility for new products/services, including product development and potential acquisitions. Offers insights into customer commercial models in new technology domains
