As the Pricing Lead/Manager at noon, you will be responsible for overseeing pricing strategies and execution across key FMCG categories on our noon Core and Supermall platforms. Your role will involve developing and implementing competitive and profitable pricing strategies for FMCG products, including grocery, supermarket HPC brands, and pets & baby consumables. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be crucial to ensure pricing alignment and optimization to drive customer acquisition, retention, and sales growth. Your key responsibilities will include: - Developing and executing dynamic pricing strategies for FMCG products sold through the retail model in collaboration with the Minutes Team. - Monitoring pricing trends, competitor activity, and market demand to maintain competitive positioning and optimal margin management. - Owning the pricing strategy for key FMCG categories and utilizing analytics to identify pricing opportunities and gaps for maximizing profitability. - Analyzing competitor pricing, market conditions, and customer behavior to provide actionable insights for pricing adjustments and market positioning. - Collaborating with merchandising, marketing, sales, and finance teams to align pricing strategies with revenue and margin goals. - Providing detailed pricing performance reports and insights to key stakeholders, monitoring the impact of pricing changes on sales performance and overall business objectives. To qualify for this role, you should have: - A Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field (MBA preferred). - Experience in pricing, financial analysis, or a related role within e-commerce, FMCG, or retail. - Deep understanding of FMCG categories and pricing dynamics. - Proven experience in pricing strategy development and implementation across multiple business models. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, proficiency in pricing software, data analytics tools, and Microsoft Excel (advanced). - Exceptional communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
