Age Limit: Up to 40 years. Product Knowledge: Strong expertise in Ocean Freight operations. Familiarity with Air Freight processes. Market Network: Strong network and established relationships with Shipping Lines . Functional Skills: Hands-on experience in Rate Negotiation and handling RFQs . Proficient in Pricing Strategy , Customer Service , and Operations relevant to the Freight Forwarding ecosystem. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to engage with clients, vendors, and internal teams effectively. Preferred Candidate Profile: Candidates with a well-rounded background in Customer Service, Pricing , and Operational Coordination within the FF industry will be given preference.
