The Senior FP&A Manager plays a critical role in driving financial strategy, forecasting, and planning activities for the organization. You will lead the FP&A team, provide strategic insights, and ensure financial goals are achieved. Your responsibilities include developing financial models, analyzing key business drivers, and delivering actionable recommendations to senior management. You must have a deep understanding of financial and accounting principles, Indian GAAP & INDAS, strong analytical skills, and the ability to communicate complex financial information effectively. Your primary objective is to develop and implement robust financial planning and analysis processes. You will provide accurate and timely financial forecasts and reports to support strategic decision-making. Identifying and analyzing key business drivers and their impact on financial performance is crucial. Leading and mentoring the FP&A team to achieve high performance and professional growth is also a key responsibility. You will oversee the closure of books on time (monthly, quarterly, and annually) and ensure proper analytical reports support them. Additionally, you will coordinate internal audits, interim audits, statutory audits, tax audits, transfer pricing audits, and any special audits to be completed on schedule. Meeting financial goals and objectives aligned with the organization's strategic plan is essential, along with ensuring timely tax assessments and handling notices meticulously. Your role involves developing and maintaining comprehensive financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and related reports. Conducting detailed variance analysis, preparing and presenting monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to senior management on time will be part of your routine tasks. Collaborating with senior leadership to develop financial strategies and business plans, providing insights and recommendations on financial performance, risks, and opportunities, and supporting M&A activities are also key components of the role. You will lead, mentor, and develop the FP&A & Accounts team, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to best practices. Identifying key business drivers, tracking performance through KPIs, and analyzing financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement are critical responsibilities. Continuous evaluation and improvement of FP&A & accounting processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness, implementing financial systems and tools for automation, and staying updated on industry best practices and emerging trends are essential. You will also ensure the accurate and timely closure of books following IndAS guidelines and that audits are completed on schedule. In terms of technical skills, advanced proficiency in financial modeling, strong data analysis skills, experience with financial planning software and ERP systems, advanced Excel skills, and the ability to create compelling presentations are required. A deep knowledge of Ind AS and Indian GAAP is also necessary. Behaviorally, you should demonstrate strong leadership qualities, strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, effective collaboration with cross-functional teams, strong problem-solving abilities, and adaptability to changing business needs and environments. For educational qualifications, a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field is required. An MBA or relevant professional certification (e.g., CA, CFA, CMA) is preferred. With a minimum of 8-10 years of experience in Financial Planning and Analysis, including 3-5 years in a managerial role, and industry experience in Cloud & Data Center Management or a related field, you should have a proven track record of leading and developing high-performing teams.,
