Role & responsibilities Handle and manage company profiles on IndiaMART , and other online B2B platforms Respond to online inquiries and convert leads into business opportunities Upload and manage product listings, prices, and descriptions Coordinate with the sales team for follow-ups and order processing Assist in running online marketing campaigns including email marketing, WhatsApp marketing, and SEO Maintain digital records and update CRM regularly Preferred candidate profile Good knowledge of IndiaMART Seller Panel , or similar portals Basic understanding of digital marketing tools (email marketing, social media posting) Good knowledge of lead generation.
