As a Software Sales Specialist at GTech Web Solutions Pvt Ltd, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and revenue generation. With a minimum of 2 years of experience, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through cold calling. Your primary focus will be on convincing potential clients to invest in the company's products and services, negotiating sales deals and contracts, and developing strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business. You will also be involved in conducting product demonstrations, leading a sales team, pitching prices, and preparing quotations. Additionally, you will work closely with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and generate leads through various channels such as email, social media, and cold calling. Your ability to analyze lead generation data and metrics will be essential in continuously improving our sales tactics. As a Business Development Executive (BDE), you will bring at least 1 year of experience in business development or sales to the table. You should have a proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building lasting client relationships. Excellent communication skills in English, Bengali, and Hindi are required, along with a solid understanding of marketing principles and a passion for innovative advertising solutions.
